Day-by-day itinerary
Port Blair to Diglipur via Baratang (limestone caves, mangrove creek) & northern beaches
A long full-day road journey north through the Jarawa reserve. Stop at Baratang for the mangrove creek and limestone caves, then continue via Mayabunder to Diglipur (some itineraries add Dhani Nallah and Ram Nagar beaches). Start early.
Ross & Smith Islands (twin islands) & Kalipur Beach
Boat from Aerial Bay to the twin Ross and Smith Islands joined by a sandbar, then Kalipur Beach, a turtle-nesting site (Oct-Mar). Night in Diglipur or Rangat depending on the package.
Diglipur to Rangat via Karmatang Beach & mangrove walkway
Drive south from Diglipur with stops at Karmatang Beach (turtle nesting), Ramnagar Beach and the Dhannilah mangrove walkway or Yerrata mangrove park, then check in at Rangat.
Rangat to Port Blair & same-day departure
Drive from Rangat back to Port Blair and on to the airport for a same-day flight.
