Booking & cancellation policy

🛡️ 50% refundable plan. Once your booking is confirmed, 50% of the amount you have paid is refundable if you cancel at any time.

Payment

50% of the trip price is paid as an advance to confirm your booking. You can pay by scanning the UPI QR code in the trip builder, or on request.
The balance is paid before travel, on the date our team confirms with you.

Cancellation and refund

After your booking is confirmed, you may cancel at any time. 50% of the amount you have paid is refunded to you.
The remaining 50% is retained to cover the non-recoverable costs of ferries, hotels and activities already reserved.

Weather and ferries

Ferries and activities depend on weather and government orders. We will help reschedule where possible, but we are not responsible for costs caused by natural events.
